Complaint: Call center hold times made rebooking uselessMala from Canton, CT | Customer Service | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.1

The airport desk told us all rebooking had to be handled by phone. I called twice from the terminal, waited long enough to watch other passengers give up, and still did not reach anyone who could fix the trip. When travel plans are falling apart, being bounced between airport staff and the call center is not support.

Complaint: Name correction became a fee and a fightMichelle from San Diego, CA | Customer Service Sales & Marketing | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

A minor name correction should not have taken two calls, a fee, and repeating the same passport information again. The second agent eventually fixed it, but the first case note apparently was not visible. I spent more time proving the problem than actually solving it.

Complaint: Bag showed up days late and damagedRenee from Brooklyn, NY | Baggage Customer Service | Reviewed September 21, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

We started a vacation with one suitcase missing after T'way Air TW440. The desk at NBO took the claim and told us to buy basic clothes, then every phone call after that gave a different answer. The bag finally reached the hotel almost two days later with a broken zipper pull, and the reimbursement offer did not come close to what we spent.

Review: Helpful crew after a long connectionNina from Austin, TX | Customer Service Staff | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★★★★★ 5

We came off a long international leg exhausted and still had one more flight to go. The crew on T'way Air TW477 noticed several people were connecting onward and made a point of checking who needed gate information. It was not fancy service, just thoughtful and human, which mattered after a long day.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellStephen from Chicago, IL | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★★★☆ 3.7

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On T'way Air TW514, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: Meal voucher did not cover airport pricesMark from Jersey City, NJ | Price Customer Service | Reviewed September 21, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

The delay stretched long enough that passengers were given meal vouchers, but the amount barely covered a sandwich at the airport. I appreciate getting something, but it felt more symbolic than useful when families were stuck waiting for hours with children.

Complaint: Gate updates came too lateMichael from Kansas City, MO | Punctuality & Speed Online & App | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

The app changed first, the airport screen changed later, and the people at gate G3 still had no explanation. By the time someone finally said the 07:40 departure was delayed, several passengers had already missed the chance to adjust their connections. The delay was frustrating, but the silence made it worse.

Complaint: Staff treated simple questions like a problemLenny from Denver, CO | Staff Customer Service | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

People at gate B12 were asking normal questions about vouchers, hotel options, and whether the delay would affect connections. The answers kept changing, and one staff member spoke to passengers like they were wasting time. It was the attitude, more than the delay, that made the experience feel so bad.

Complaint: Hotel voucher instructions were unclearPatricia from Orlando, FL | Refunds Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed September 21, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 2.1

After the cancellation, passengers were told hotel vouchers would be sent by text. Some people received them, some did not, and the desk could not explain why. By the time I found a room myself, the nearby hotels were much more expensive than they had been earlier in the evening.

Complaint: Refund case kept restartingRobert from Phoenix, AZ | Refunds Customer Service | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.1

I submitted the refund form after a cancelled Mexico City to Cancun trip and received a case number right away. After that, nothing was simple. Each call felt like starting over, one agent could not see the previous notes, and the email replies never gave a real date for when the money would be returned.

Review: Check-in staff caught a document issue earlyMary from Seattle, WA | Check-in Staff | Reviewed July 19, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.3

The best part of this trip happened before boarding. A check-in employee at Los Angeles noticed a document mismatch and corrected it before it became a gate problem. The process took extra minutes, but it saved me from a much bigger issue later in the day.

Review: Bags arrived fast and staff were politeChris from Canton, CT | Baggage Staff | Reviewed September 21, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.1

After a tiring trip, I mostly wanted the bags to show up and the staff to be polite. That is exactly what happened. The baggage belt at SIN started quickly, both checked bags arrived together, and the employee nearby helped an older passenger lift a heavy suitcase without being asked.
