Complaint: Name correction became a fee and a fightAlba from Phoenix, AZ | Customer Service Sales & Marketing | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

A minor name correction should not have taken two calls, a fee, and repeating the same passport information again. The second agent eventually fixed it, but the first case note apparently was not visible. I spent more time proving the problem than actually solving it.

Complaint: Bag showed up days late and damagedCarlos from Toronto, ON | Baggage Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

We started a vacation with one suitcase missing after Swiss International Air Lines LX654. The desk at LHR took the claim and told us to buy basic clothes, then every phone call after that gave a different answer. The bag finally reached the hotel almost two days later with a broken zipper pull, and the reimbursement offer did not come close to what we spent.

Complaint: Maintenance delay handled poorlyVictor from Canton, CT | Maintenance Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

After boarding Swiss International Air Lines LX691, the screen at my seat froze and the crew tried restarting it twice. Then we were told there was a maintenance warning and everyone just sat there without a clear timeline. I understand safety checks, but the communication on January 18, 2026 made the whole cabin feel stuck and ignored.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellAman from San Diego, CA | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★★★☆ 3.7

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On Swiss International Air Lines LX728, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: Meal voucher did not cover airport pricesMala from Brooklyn, NY | Price Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

The delay stretched long enough that passengers were given meal vouchers, but the amount barely covered a sandwich at the airport. I appreciate getting something, but it felt more symbolic than useful when families were stuck waiting for hours with children.

Review: Smooth boarding and a clean cabinMichelle from Austin, TX | Punctuality & Speed Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.2

This was a rare travel day where nothing dramatic happened. Swiss International Air Lines LX802 boarded close to the posted 11:10 time, the cabin was clean, and the crew kept the announcements short but useful. I landed at CAI close enough to schedule that my ride did not have to circle the airport.

Complaint: Staff treated simple questions like a problemRenee from Chicago, IL | Staff Customer Service | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

People at gate E6 were asking normal questions about vouchers, hotel options, and whether the delay would affect connections. The answers kept changing, and one staff member spoke to passengers like they were wasting time. It was the attitude, more than the delay, that made the experience feel so bad.

Complaint: Hotel voucher instructions were unclearNina from Jersey City, NJ | Refunds Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 2.1

After the cancellation, passengers were told hotel vouchers would be sent by text. Some people received them, some did not, and the desk could not explain why. By the time I found a room myself, the nearby hotels were much more expensive than they had been earlier in the evening.

Complaint: Paid seats were not honoredStephen from Kansas City, MO | Price Seating Staff | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

I paid extra so our family could sit together, then at the airport the seats had been split anyway. The agent kept pointing to the screen like that answered the problem, even though my receipt showed the seat purchase. On a long ATL-CDG flight, being moved away from a child after paying for seats is not a small inconvenience.

Review: Check-in staff caught a document issue earlyMark from Denver, CO | Check-in Staff | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.3

The best part of this trip happened before boarding. A check-in employee at Toronto Pearson noticed a document mismatch and corrected it before it became a gate problem. The process took extra minutes, but it saved me from a much bigger issue later in the day.

Review: Bags arrived fast and staff were politeMichael from Orlando, FL | Baggage Staff | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★★★☆ 4.1

After a tiring trip, I mostly wanted the bags to show up and the staff to be polite. That is exactly what happened. The baggage belt at EZE started quickly, both checked bags arrived together, and the employee nearby helped an older passenger lift a heavy suitcase without being asked.

Complaint: Rebooking made us miss the trip anywayLenny from Phoenix, AZ | Customer Service Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.5

Our original flight was cancelled and Swiss International Air Lines automatically moved us onto a connection that looked impossible from the start. Staff at SYD kept saying the new 11:10 departure was the only option, but by the time we landed the onward gate was already closed. What bothered me most was being told to call support while standing in the airport with hotel nights already paid for.

Complaint: Carry-on policy changed at the doorPatricia from Seattle, WA | Baggage Staff | Reviewed May 27, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 2.1

At gate H9, passengers with bags that had already passed the sizer were suddenly told to check them. The staff sounded annoyed when people asked whether the bags would come out planeside or at baggage claim. I would have packed differently if Swiss International Air Lines had made the rule clear before boarding started.

Complaint: Cabin condition made the flight uncomfortableRobert from Canton, CT | Maintenance Staff | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.2

The area around seat 28B smelled strongly of the lavatory for most of the flight. A crew member offered a middle seat several rows back, but that was the only option. For a long trip, this was one of those problems that sounds small until you are stuck with it for hours.

Complaint: No ownership after a missed connectionMary from Toronto, ON | Customer Service Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1

Once the connection was missed, every person pointed somewhere else. Airport staff said to call, the call center said to ask the airport, and the app kept showing options that disappeared before I could select them. Nobody sounded responsible for getting us to the destination anymore.
