Complaint: Call center hold times made rebooking uselessChristy from San Diego, CA | Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.1

The airport desk told us all rebooking had to be handled by phone. I called twice from the terminal, waited long enough to watch other passengers give up, and still did not reach anyone who could fix the trip. When travel plans are falling apart, being bounced between airport staff and the call center is not support.

Complaint: Name correction became a fee and a fightGeorge from Chicago, IL | Customer Service Sales & Marketing | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

A minor name correction should not have taken two calls, a fee, and repeating the same passport information again. The second agent eventually fixed it, but the first case note apparently was not visible. I spent more time proving the problem than actually solving it.

Complaint: Bag showed up days late and damagedCarlos from Austin, TX | Baggage Customer Service | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.3

We started a vacation with one suitcase missing after Swiftair WT390. The desk at MIA took the claim and told us to buy basic clothes, then every phone call after that gave a different answer. The bag finally reached the hotel almost two days later with a broken zipper pull, and the reimbursement offer did not come close to what we spent.

Review: Helpful crew after a long connectionTanya from Kansas City, MO | Customer Service Staff | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★★★★ 5

We came off a long international leg exhausted and still had one more flight to go. The crew on Swiftair WT427 noticed several people were connecting onward and made a point of checking who needed gate information. It was not fancy service, just thoughtful and human, which mattered after a long day.

Review: Not perfect, but the crew communicated wellAman from Jersey City, NJ | Staff Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★★★☆ 3.7

The flight was not perfect and we did leave late, but the crew kept explaining what they knew. On Swiftair WT464, they gave connection updates before landing and reminded passengers which bags would arrive at the regular claim. I can handle a delay much better when the communication is honest.

Complaint: Meal voucher did not cover airport pricesDesiree from Orlando, FL | Price Customer Service | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.9

The delay stretched long enough that passengers were given meal vouchers, but the amount barely covered a sandwich at the airport. I appreciate getting something, but it felt more symbolic than useful when families were stuck waiting for hours with children.

Complaint: Gate updates came too lateMichelle from Denver, CO | Punctuality & Speed Online & App | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.8

The app changed first, the airport screen changed later, and the people at gate A4 still had no explanation. By the time someone finally said the 13:35 departure was delayed, several passengers had already missed the chance to adjust their connections. The delay was frustrating, but the silence made it worse.

Complaint: Staff treated simple questions like a problemAlba from Seattle, WA | Staff Customer Service | Reviewed January 18, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 1.6

People at gate D21 were asking normal questions about vouchers, hotel options, and whether the delay would affect connections. The answers kept changing, and one staff member spoke to passengers like they were wasting time. It was the attitude, more than the delay, that made the experience feel so bad.

Complaint: Hotel voucher instructions were unclearNina from Phoenix, AZ | Refunds Punctuality & Speed | Reviewed April 14, 2026
★★☆☆☆ 2.1

After the cancellation, passengers were told hotel vouchers would be sent by text. Some people received them, some did not, and the desk could not explain why. By the time I found a room myself, the nearby hotels were much more expensive than they had been earlier in the evening.

Complaint: Refund case kept restartingVictor from Toronto, ON | Refunds Customer Service | Reviewed August 11, 2026
★☆☆☆☆ 1.1

I submitted the refund form after a cancelled Seattle to Honolulu trip and received a case number right away. After that, nothing was simple. Each call felt like starting over, one agent could not see the previous notes, and the email replies never gave a real date for when the money would be returned.
